Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
Intimate or sanitary products for health
and safety reasons (e.g., underwear, hygiene items)- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at customerservice@shopsprees.com to initiate the return process.
Important Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed otherwise by our support team.
Partial refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@shopsprees.com.
Sale items
Sale items may only be refunded if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
If your sale item qualifies for a return, please follow the instructions in the Refund and Returns Policy section.
Buyers Remorse
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you regret your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are not eligible for returns under Buyers’ Remorse.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for items returned under Buyers’ Remorse. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at customerservice@shopsprees.com with the reason for return. We will provide the return instructions and the physical address to which you should send your item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Return Instructions
To return your product:
- Contact us at customerservice@shopsprees.com to receive a return authorisation and the return address.
- Package the item securely and include proof of purchase or a receipt.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Shipping Recommendations:
- For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
